Manifestation: How to Use The Law Of Attraction

Have you heard people talking about manifestation and consequently, the law of attraction in your circle of influence?

As the human and spiritual beings that we are, we are always manifesting things. We manifest negative experiences as much as we manifest positive ones, too. Whether we are manifesting consciously or subconsciously, the law of attraction is always at play and its’ rules always apply.

We have many earthly laws, like the law of gravity and the law of time and space. We also have mundane laws like traffic laws and citizen laws that control the behaviors of others. With the Law of Attraction, we are talking about everlasting, ever-present Universal Laws. When we understand this law, we begin to understand how everything comes into our life experiences.

Wouldn’t it be nice to know how to manifest deliberately?

Imagine all that you can harness; more happiness, health, love, abundance, prosperity and wellbeing. There is no limit to that which you can create. When you embrace the concept of the law of attraction, you will recognize that you are the creator, and the attractor of all things that come to you. In acceptance of this law, you realize that you are completely responsible for all your experiences, good and bad. Knowing this, however, is immensely freeing because you begin to understand how you get what you get.

Manifestation is the act of creating something into your physical reality through thought, feelings and belief. This means that whatever you focus on and place your attention on is what you are bringing into your reality.

Look at your present life through your five senses, everything that you have, you’ve created. It is done. These are things that you at one point or another wanted, thought of and somehow obtained. Many of us have worked hard, consciously hard to obtain those things that brings us comfort or wellbeing. We may still have dreams of more. Still, there are those who have given up on their dreams because the task may seem unobtainable, but what if there’s another way of doing things?

Manifesting the things you want through the law of attraction gives you just that!

Manifestation Through Law of Attraction

According to The Law Of Attraction, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, there are three universal laws that you must understand. Having a clear understanding of these laws will enable you to apply them intentionally through your physical expression of life. These are the three laws:

  • The Law of Attraction
  • The Science of Deliberate Creation
  • The Art of Allowance

First Law: The Law Of Attraction

The Law of Attraction states, “That which is like unto itself, is drawn.” The statement is also similar to, “Birds of a feather, flock together.” This simple analogy describes the most powerful law of the universe. This law affects all things at all times. Every thought vibrates and radiates a signal, and every thought attracts a matching signal back.

Second Law: The Science of Deliberate Creation

The second law, The Science of Deliberate Creation, says, “That which I give thought to and that which I believe or expect—–is.” It is mostly saying, you get what you place your attention on, whether you want it or not.

Deliberate application of thought is really the science of deliberate creation. Applying your thoughts deliberately and effectively to attain what you want will eliminate creation by default.

Third Law: The Art of Allowing

The third law, The Art of Allowing, says, “I am that which I am, and I am willing to allow all others to be that which they are.” Thus, allowing others to be what and who they are, even if they are not allowing of you, makes you an, Allower.

If you want to manifest a new home, you must visualize yourself in the new home. What does it feel like to be in this beautiful, spacious, loving home? Infuse your vision, your thoughts about this home with the feeling of already having it. Do not worry about the “How” only focus on the “Why” you want it. Stay with the wonderful feeling of having achieved it. The “feeling” is the engine that powers the thought. Your job is to be happy and to stay inspired.

This took me a while to understand and still struggle a bit with because we live is such a conditional world. To cultivate the art of allowing, you must free yourself and others from expectations and judgement. You must love and allow unconditionally.

Putting The Law Of Attraction Into Practice

Presently, more steps have been added to the process of manifesting through the law of attraction by the original authors, Esther and Jerry Hicks. They did this to clarify certain points, however, I have adopted the concept in the original way that it was introduced using the 3-step process.

Step 1: Ask

In order to manifest using the law of attraction you must get clear on what you want to manifest into your life. In addition, you must believe that you will have it. If you are constantly being negative and feeling down, then you are going to attract and manifest negative energy.

The law of attraction reads energy, frequency and vibration. If you are not seeing small or big things materializing in your life, you are probably doing something wrong. The fallacy is in the belief. You can say you want something and you are worthy of that something, however, deep down you don’t believe it and those feelings create resistance. The universe reads energy not words. So believe you deserve it.

Think about the things you want to attract into your physical reality. Perhaps, you want more financial freedom, a healthy strong body, a new job or profession or a baby. According to the law of attraction, you only need to ask once. You have done so much asking in your lifetime that it already knows all that you wish for. Your only job now is to stay in a state of ease, joy and no resistance.

Step 2: It is Done: Given.

There is nothing that you have to do here. It is done. We live in a time-space reality, but the universe knows no time or space. It is just energy, pure consciousness. In the book, Ask and It is Given, the reason you have not already gotten what you desire is because you are holding yourself in a vibrational holding pattern.

You may be experiencing some doubt about manifesting what you want or some kind of resistance. Instead of stopping to think about it, stop and “feel” about it. You may identify the discord through the feeling. As you begin to experience relief from tension, anxiety, fear, anger or frustration, you begin to release the resistance. These feelings may be indicators of your resistance, therefore, it is important to pay attention to your emotions.

Step 3: Allow

The art of allowing involves finding ways to hold yourself consistently in vibrational harmony with those things you have asked for, your desires, in order to receive their manifestation.

If there is something you desire that you have not manifested, you need to place your attention to it, to the “having” of it and by the law of attraction, it will come to you. It’s important to emphasize that you must focus on the “having” of this thing that you want, not in the absence of that thing that you want.

Creating Your Life Experience

It’s important to highlight some points in applying the law of attraction into your life experience.

There are many people who have become incredibly adept at manifesting. They have accumulated massive fortunes in the form of financial freedom, or have built a beautiful life for themselves around loving and supportive family and/or friends, and others that enjoy much health and wellbeing.

What all these people share in common is a belief in the law and a deliberate application of it. They no longer manifest by default. They are not struggling to make things happen because they have learned to use their guidance system to navigate this metaphysical world with better precision.

When applying the law of attraction to your manifestation process, you must also understand that the house will not magically appear out of thin air. You will, however, begin to see signs of your manifestation and as long as you stay positive and energetically aligned to your desire, the evidence will begin to show up. You may, hear other people talking about a house that’s in the market or you may get a “random” call from a broker. Some people see repeating numbers which is a sign of alignment. Take notice of all these things because the work is getting done energetically.

The Law of Attraction will bring all the cooperative components to you at the right time. The timing is not ours, the manifestation will come but there is a lag because of the time space reality we live in. If you feel an impulse or some form of inspiration to move in a certain direction, to work on a particular project, then take inspired action.

There is action to be taken, however, you are working on deliberately creating your desires so you don’t have to run around in circles trying to make something happen haphazardly.

Meditation for Manifestation

Many practitioners of the Law of Attraction use many different methods to help them align with their intentions. In order to get into alignment with what you want to manifest, you have to be in a state of allowance. In other words, be resistant free so that thoughts, ideas and inspired action can break through. Most people like to use meditation as the pathway to connecting to source energy.

Most of us have succeeded in manifesting certain things in our lives but have found that the bigger things are harder to manifest. The only reason, according to the law of attraction, that we are not manifesting the bigger things is because we introduce resistance in the form of doubt or in the attention and focus to that thing we want but do not have.

The mind is a tricky instrument and the subconscious mind controls approximately 95% of our functioning. This means that we are living out our lives pretty much by default. Creating a keen awareness of our emotional guidance system is pivotal to manifesting.

Consequently, our emotions will tell us if we are on the right path to manifesting. The happier and more joyful we are, the less resistance there is, thus, the more allowing we become to receiving our manifestation.
